Paper Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts are to be submitted electronically via the IEPC09 Web site "Submit Paper" link no later than, Friday, September 11th, 2009. Authors are responsible for obtaining the correct clearances and permissions to release their papers.
Poster guidelines will be posted shortly.
