Poster Session: Guidelines

Posters must be printed on A0 standard format with a width = 812 mm (32 inches) and height = 1016 mm (40 inches). Posters will be mounted on foam core and displayed on easels. A photograph of the foam core and easel is embedded in this document.

Easels will be available with foam core in the Power Center Lobby (no more than a 5-minute walk from Palmer Commons) for authorized posters. Posters can be put up on between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. in the Power Center Lobby on Monday, September 21. The David Fearn Memorial Poster Reception begins at 6:00 p.m. The posters must be taken down immediately after the poster session concludes. Posters left on easels will be taken down and not returned.

Use lightweight materials for the poster, not cardboard.

Push-pins and clips will be provided to mount posters on the foam core.

Tables, chairs, internet, and electrical hookup will NOT be provided.

It is suggested that you bring cards or display your contact information on the poster, and have a mechanism for recording requests for copies.
